Mark has over 30 years of experience within the European power industry through leadership roles at E.ON and Ørsted. Since 2009 Mark has worked with offshore and onshore wind generation projects across the value chain and global markets.
Yandie Deng
Commercial DirectorYandie has been with DTUK since 2019 and holds the roles of Commercial Director at DTUK and Board Director of nine DTUK OFTO’s.
Yandie has over 14 years of experience working in the energy infrastructure sector with seven years at DTUK, managing its OFTO portfolio from commercial and financial perspectives.
Tawanda Gwatinyanya
Technical Business Development DirectorTawanda joined DTUK in 2017, working in Technical and OFTO Board Roles and currently leads the technical and solution development for DTUK’s new transmission business development.
Tawanda has over 23 years experience in the energy and transmission sector. Prior to joining DTUK Tawanda worked for National Grid, Balfour Beatty and Centrica in transmission and renewable energy technology roles.
Martin Brown
Operations DirectorMartin leads DTUK’s technical team and is accountable for the operational performance of our OFTO asset portfolio, having rejoined the company in 2024.
Martin brings over 30 years of international power sector experience, spanning engineering, project development, and asset management. Prior to DTUK, he held senior leadership positions at major energy firms including Ørsted and Alpiq.
Monica Hwang
Finance DirectorMonica joined DTUK in 2014 and leads the Group's finance function, overseeing financial, tax, accounting, compliance, and business partnering activities across the DTUK Group and its OFTO SPVs.
Prior to joining DTUK, Monica spent 9 years in audit and accounting firms, specialising in financial reporting, assurance, and compliance.
